These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Traders Dairy (“the app,” “we,” or “our”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Description of Service

Traders Dairy is a trading journal application that helps you log trades, track profit and loss, view analytics, import trades from screenshots, and set trading goals. Features may vary between free and premium tiers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the app. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and brokerage rules.

3. Not Financial Advice

Traders Dairy is a record-keeping and analytics tool only. We do not provide investment, tax, or legal advice. Past performance shown in the app does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

4. Accounts and Data

Journal data is stored on your device. You are responsible for backing up your data (e.g., via export). We are not liable for loss of data due to device failure, app deletion, or user error.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• Premium features may require a paid subscription processed through Apple’s App Store.
• Payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are subject to Apple’s terms and your App Store account settings.
• Subscription prices and features may change with notice where required by law or platform policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code except as permitted by law
• Interfere with the app’s security or operation
• Misrepresent trade data or use the app to mislead others

7. Intellectual Property

The app, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

8. Third-Party Services

The app may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Apple, RevenueCat, Firebase). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT OCR OR IMPORT FEATURES WILL BE ACCURATE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or discontinue the app or any feature with reasonable notice where practicable.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will indicate the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections apply.
