This Privacy Policy describes how Traders Dairy (“we,” “our,” or “the app”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application.
Trading journal data. Trades, notes, goals, and related information you enter in the app are stored locally on your device using on-device storage. We do not operate a cloud account system for your journal entries unless you explicitly use a feature that sends data off-device.
Screenshots and images. If you use screenshot import or OCR features, images are processed on your device to extract trade details. We do not upload your brokerage screenshots to our servers for storage.
Subscription and purchase data. In-app purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple and our subscription provider (RevenueCat). We receive limited purchase status information (e.g., whether you have an active subscription) to unlock premium features—not your full payment card details.
Analytics and configuration. We may use third-party services such as Firebase for app analytics, crash reporting, and remote configuration. These services may collect device identifiers, app version, and usage events in accordance with their own privacy policies.
Your journal data remains on your device until you delete it within the app or remove the app from your device. Export features create files you control; we do not retain copies of exported data on our servers.

Traders Dairy is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We take reasonable measures to protect information processed by our services. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; you use the app at your own risk for data you choose to store on your device.
If you use the app outside your home country, your information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
